Despite its size, the LPD8 features 8 real backlit, velocity-sensitive MPC pads, along with 8 assignable Q-Link potentiometers. The dedicated editing software, LPD8 Editor, allows all note assignments and MIDI controller (CC) numbers to be stored in 4 banks. This allows, for example, a quick reload of a configuration when using the LPD8 with multiple software programs simultaneously.
